Hot Springs, AR Neighborhood Overview
Preserved as a national historic landmark, downtown Hot Springs brings visitors back in time with its old-fashioned Promenade and bathhouses – some nearly a century old. The downtown area offers a variety of restaurants, antique shops, art galleries, and even a petting zoo.
Central Avenue, cutting through the heart of the city, is the home of Bathhouse Row, with nearly 10 bathhouses open to the public, along with hotels and theaters, which date back to the early 1900s. Central Avenue is the perfect place to explore the area's history.
Northeast of Hot Springs, Euclid Heights is a highly residential area with mostly families. Houses in this area are priced around $75,000 and residents have an average commute of about 10 minutes one way.
