The Phoenix Zoo is a perfect outing for the whole family, located just 15 minutes outside of Scottsdale. Complete with on-site dining, the zoo is an enjoyable all-day affair with activities and exhibits for visitors of all ages.

The zoo’s Monkey Village is one of its most famous exhibits. Stretching across 10,000 feet, this jungle trails allows its visitors to experience the rainforest firsthand as squirrel monkeys swing through the trees above them. On this trail, man and monkey can observe each other without any barrier, making it an adventure for both.

Another popular exhibit at the Phoenix Zoo is Stingray Bay. Stingray Bay has daily feeding times, during which visitors can feed and pet a school of Cownose Stingrays. The shallow pool allows you to watch and pet these fascinating creatures as they glide through the water.
