The Peaks of Otter – twin mountain peaks that make up one of the natural features of the Blue Ridge Parkway – can be seen from just about anywhere in the city. CenterTown Bedford, the historic downtown district, is home to restaurants, art galleries, historic buildings, shops, festivals and a farmers market.
