Burlington boasts some big names at its annual Champlain Valley Fair – names like Justin Bieber, Keith Urban and Bill Cosby, to name a few. But the fair offers much more than just celebrity entertainment. Every summer guests are invited to enjoy a range of festivities, from tractor pulls and horse shows to roller coaster rides. The first four-day fair was held in 1923 at the Champlain Valley Exposition and drew more than 15,000 participants. Today, the festival is hailed as “Vermont's premier fair attraction.” With such a wide variety of shows, concerts and booths, it's not hard to see why.
