You can see for miles in Boulder, CO, which is fitting since this city of mountains and natural landscapes sits a mile above sea level – 5,430 feet to be exact. Boulder ranks high in art, education, healthcare, quality of life and technology, and the city is an economic hotbed for everything from large corporations to small startup companies. University of Colorado
