There is a big party in downtown Columbus every spring, and the entire community is invited. The annual Market Street Festival occurs during the first weekend of May. Activities include a 5K run, a bike tour, arts and crafts, dunking booth, Mother Goose children’s area, car show, rock climbing wall, petting zoo and a Kiwanis Club breakfast.
