Tee Off at the Ironwood Golf Course in Gainesville

The Ironwood Golf Course in Gainesville is an 18-hole 72 par course that Golf Digest has named one of the best places to golf in the country. The rolling hills, towering trees and shimmering lakes add not only aesthetic appeal but also a heightened level of difficulty for seasoned golfers.

The course is a member of the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary System and hosts around 50 tournaments annually. For golfers not quite ready for the heat of competition, PGA pros offer lessons to the public. The course also offers a large driving range and a Pro Shop to meet the needs of every level of golfer.

Ironwood is a public course and is open seven days a week. Rates vary based on if you are walking the course or renting a cart.
