About La Crosse, WI

One of the largest cities in Wisconsin, La Crosse offers two major health-care facilities including Gunderson Lutheran and Franciscan Skemp. A number of cultural groups and events are located in La Crosse, which is the county seat of La Crosse County, and is located alongside the Mississippi River.
