Biking Wildcat Hills State Recreation Area is both a nature center and wildlife reserve, but its biking opportunities are the real draw for cyclists. The park has 4 miles of hiking and biking trails, and the area overlooks the North Platte River Valley and Scotts Bluff National Monument offering great views and a great ride.
Scottsbluff has a major mall where residents and visitors can drop some cash. Monument Mall Monument Mall opened more than 25 years ago and has more than half-a-million shoppers each year.
