Best Places to Eat in Rock Springs, WY
In Sweetwater County, the number of dining options is, in a word, diverse. It starts with a popular destination in an unlikely place.
Popular Restaurant in Local Hospital
“The café at Memorial Hospital is different than a normal hospital café in that we do actual exhibition cooking/carving stations in the dining room,” says Executive Chef and Director of Nutrition Allen Blankenship.
Tuesdays usually involve meat or poultry at the carving station, while pastas or fajitas are at the action station on Thursday. “We also do any and all outside caterings and in-house caterings/meetings. And from the same kitchen, we also serve our patients from a room-service style menu,” Blankenship says.
