California State University, San Bernardino
California State University, San Bernardino is one of the country’s best schools. More than 13,000 students are enrolled in San Bernardino Valley College. A community college, SBVC’s campus is situated on more than 80 acres. The college opened in the 1920s and offers degrees and certificates, as well as transfer programs for those seeking to switch to a four-year institution.
