Amy Stumpfl is an independent communications professional with more than 20 years of proven success in journalism, magazine publishing, editing, web site content development and corporate communications. A graduate of Florida Southern College, she has written on issues ranging from business and economic development to the arts, education and health care. She spent five years reviewing theater and covering the arts scene for The City Paper in Nashville, and was selected as a 2005 Fellow in the Eugene O’Neill Critics Institute, as well as a 2008 Fellow in the NEA Arts Journalism Institute in Theater and Musical Theater at USC’s Annenberg School of Journalism. When she is not working, Ms. Stumpfl enjoys music, theater, travel and cooking. She currently lives in Franklin, Tenn., with her husband, two sons and one very high-strung terrier.
