Between two slices of bread isn't the only place you'll find barbecue at Fat Boy's Bar-B-Que and Ranch. Here, customers can enjoy the great taste of barbecue in a variety of ways.

If barbecue atop a baked potato is what you want, then you can choose the Pig Tater, Chick Tater or Cow Tater. Each is served with butter, sour cream, cheese and onions.

One can even enjoy a small or large Bar-B-Que Salad, with a choice of dressing on the side.

At Fat Boy's, everything is homemade and they take time to slow cook their meat over natural hickory and mesquite woods, locking in that sweet and smoky flavor every time. Some of the meats include beef brisket, pork and smoked sausage.

To top it all off, Fat Boy's offers a variety of sauces ranging in styles and flavors. The guarded formula has been a part of the restaurant since it opened in Prattville in 1998.

Today, Fat Boy's seats 175 and is situated on the banks of the Autauga Creek in downtown Prattville.

The restaurant also offers catering and special events services. Customers can choose from a host of meal options on Fat Boy's Take Home Menu or order meat by the bulk.

No meal is complete without dessert. Fat Boy's homemade banana pudding, peach cobbler and pound cake are sure to have customers coming back for more.
