It may or may not be a secret that Asheville is one of the hottest up-and-coming communities in America. Though, Ashevillians would tell you, based on the growth over the past decade, that it’s already found. The reason? It’s a phenomenal place to live. In fact, we named it one of the Top 100 Best Places to Live three years in a row so far. We’ve also twice named it one of the 10 Best Cities for Foodies and ranked it as one of our 99 Beer Cities. As far as business-related stats, Asheville is in the top 20 for small business loans, commute time and growth in high wage jobs, the top 10 in food spending, and the top 5 for health care coverage.
