Most know Bentonville for one thing: Wal-Mart. The world’s largest retailer is headquartered here, but it seems other businesses are catching on. Bentonville is in the top 5 for household income growth, top 10 for jobs and commute time, and the top 15 for high wage job growth. While many of the cities on this list are younger, college-aged talent pools, Bentonville is more for those looking to settle down.
