Each year, 65,000 total rounds of golf – including 10,000 tournament rounds – are played at Boundary Oak Municipal Golf Course.

Set against the foothills of Walnut Creek’s Mount Diablo, Boundary Oak Golf Course is a picturesque place to enjoy a round of golf. Designed by Robert Muir Graves and built in 1969, this 18-hole course draws both golfing experts and novices. As one of the top rated public golf courses in northern California, Boundary Oak offers a full pro shop as well as a driving range with 60 stalls. Golf instruction is also available, including the First Tee program for young people and the Get Ready Golf workshops which help new players build basic golf skills. Boundary Oak’s clubhouse is the perfect location for weddings and special events as well, with comfortable seating for up to 300 and numerous catering options. The course is open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
