Boulder’s Escoffier School of Culinary Arts is cooking up some exciting opportunities for food enthusiasts. With their short-term culinary and pastry programs for both the home cook and the professional baker and chef, the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts offers everyone the chance to hone their cooking skills. Classes for home cooks include hands-on cooking classes with one- or two-day workshops throughout the week, with longer, specialized classes in basic cooking techniques and basic pastry techniques as well. Students of all skills levels can learn tricks of the trade in a small group setting with expert instructors.
Professional programs are also available in a six-month intensive culinary arts course or an 18-week chef training course. Founded in 1991, this accredited culinary school focuses on providing a quality educational experience with an emphasis on local and seasonal ingredients.
