Seen at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, The Meadows is located in historic Castle Rock, CO. Nearly one quarter of the land at The Meadows is dedicated to parks and open space.

Situated between the Great Plains and the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains is Castle Rock, named for a butte near the center of town that resembles a castle. The city’s breathtaking scenery, along with its close proximity to Denver, makes it a great place to settle down. With a variety of real estate options around the city, there are plenty of choices for people looking to relocate to the area.

Northwest Castle Rock

The Meadows is a 4,000-acre planned community zoned to accommodate nearly 11,000 homes. With new homes ranging in price from $150,000 to $700,000, there is an option for everyone’s budget. At the heart of this community is The Grange, a facility that hosts dance lessons, cooking classes, lectures, theater productions and more.

In addition, The Meadows has been designed to preserve open space, natural foothill ridge lines and spectacular views. Approximately 1,100 acres have been designated for parks, trails and schools.

Red Hawk Ridge, also in the Northwest section of town, is known for home sites adjacent to its popular golf course. The community is close to several parks and walking trails, and is conveniently located near downtown Castle Rock.

At Castle Pines, you’ll find stunning frontier-style homes surrounded by more than 15,000 acres of open space. The community includes three parks with more than 13 miles of nature trails, and future growth will be kept to a minimum in order to preserve the natural surroundings.
