Located on the water, directly across from Cincinnati, real estate and development firm Corporex Companies is constructing a vibrant, urban, multi-use development. Ovation offers for-sale and for-rent residential units, and retail, entertainment and office space.

The 25-acre development sits along the Ohio and Licking rivers with the best, unobstructed views of downtown Cincinnati. This highly accessible community will include approximately 1,000 residential units, from studio apartments to luxury condos.

Residents will have riverfront access to the Ohio River, an 11-mile walking trail and are just minutes away from both Great American Ballpark, home of the Cincinnati Reds, and Paycor Stadium, or “The Jungle,” as Cincinnati Bengals fans lovingly call it.

In addition to stunning, high-end living options, Ovation will also be a destination for the surrounding community. A new Homewood Suites by Hilton Newport Cincinnati is currently being built to accommodate music fans flocking to the development to attend the many shows put on by AEG and PromoWest at the state-of-art MegaCorp Pavilion. New-to-market bar, restaurant and entertainment concepts will also be a draw for many.

“People want convenience, and there is excitement about a more urban environment. You can go outside and grab a coffee and have great restaurants right outside your door,” says Suzanne Deatherage, vice president of marketing for Corporex Companies. “We have something for everybody at Ovation.”

Speaking of something for everybody, Ovation offers multiple buildings of Class A office space, and it provides companies with the perfect setting where their employees can work hard while enjoying the environment and great views.

“This is a unique piece of property,” Deatherage says. “It is very rare to find 25 acres of open land for development on the water. I think the mixed-use offerings will provide a city within itself, providing employees of the office buildings, residents, community members and visitors to the area with access to so many amenities. Ovation will bring a truly one-of-a-kind experience to the region.”
