Jimmie & Sook's
Jimmie & Sook's raw bar and grill is open for lunch and dinner offering diners plenty of seafood options. The raw bar includes fresh oysters, clams, crab legs, shrimp and more. Other menu options such as soups and salads are also available. While visiting, see Old Salty, a Chesapeake waterman, who will tell you adventurous and entertaining stories.
Portside Restaurant dates from the 1950s where locals and watermen met for good food and atmosphere. Portside not only offers seafood, but also catering and deck-party accommodations. Along with a vast menu of seafood, salads, sandwiches, the menu includes a “land lovers” section for meat and veggie lovers.
Snapper's Waterfront Cafe
Snapper's is an American grill and cantina. The cafe serves Maryland seafood, authentic Southwestern cooking, American and Island cuisine, with an expansive drink menu. Sports fans have a Rave Cave, a special hideaway to enjoy their favorite games.
Bistro Poplar serves traditional French cuisine in the heart of the historic district. In 2010 the restaurant was named “one of the best restaurants in the state” by the Restaurant Association of Maryland. There are separate menus for meals, desserts and wines, and be sure to check out the upcoming events or private dining options.
Since 1986 Ocean Odyssey has served Maryland as a seafood restaurant and blue crab processing plant. The crabs are picked in house, which makes for truly fresh seafood. Along with specialites such as jumbo crab cakes and a rotating stock of fresh fish, Ocean Odyssey caters and houses a banquet room for events.
Farmers Market in Cambridge
The Cambridge Farmers Market is every Thursday beginning in May through mid-October. Vendors from all over the area come together in hopes to offer fresh food and produce while doing their part to revitalize the downtown Cambridge area.
