Located in West Fargo, ND, Bonanzaville, USA gets its name from the Bonanza farms that were once prevalent in the Red River Valley. The facility is home to a pioneer prairie village that is made up of 43 historic-themed buildings and a museum that comprises more than 400,000 artifacts.
The village includes multiple structures that boast original furnishings, including a blacksmith shop, creamery, courthouse, town hall and drug store. The village also contains St. John's Church, which may be rented for weddings and other events, as well as Dawson Hall and Inspiration Hall, both ideal for receptions or gatherings.
Featuring a variety of temporary, traveling and permanent exhibits, Bonanzaville USA's museum also serves as the headquarters for the Cass County Historical Society. The museum continuously displays one of the largest collections of Native American artifacts in the area, as well as items that relate to Cass County and the Red River Valley. Other permanent exhibits include the Dahl Car Museum, Eagles Air Museum and Law Enforcement Museum.
Visitors can also enjoy special events at Bonanzaville USA, such as festivals and vintage car shows, and tours are available for school groups and the general public. In addition, guests can visit the on-site gift shop and purchase souveniers, books and crafts.
