Dean McGraw, owner and chef of Muffin Man Bakery and Cafe fulfilled his lifelong dream after he retired from teaching by opening this downtown Abingdon bakery. Muffin Man is within walking distance of antique shops and many historical attractions.
Zazzy’z Coffee House and Bookseller touts coffee that “hasn’t been roasted within an inch of its life.” Single origin and house signature blends of coffee beans are freshly roasted on site. The owners are certified Astoria technicians, which means they know their espresso. Live music and spoken word performers are featured three nights a week.
