Jasper offers a couple of public nine-hole courses in the city of Jasper and one private 18-hole facility, while two additional public venues are only a short distance from the Jasper city limits.

Musgrove Country Club

Musgrove Country Club is a private 18-hole course that stretches 6,594 yards and plays as a par 71. It has a long history dating back to the 1920s, but rose to prominence in 1992 after architect Jerry Pate designed several improvements into the course, making it one of the best in the state. The layout has bent-grass greens and Bermuda fairways, plus members have access to a dining room, lounge and locker rooms. There is also an Olympic-size swimming pool and tennis courts. Today there are about 525 members.

Bear Branch Golf Club

Bear Branch Golf Club on Holly Grove Road is a quaint nine-hole layout that has some trees and a moderate amount of water. The public facility opened in 2008 and was designed by Lester Kilgore. It features 3,095 yards of golf at a par 36 from the longest tees.

Curry Golf Course

Curry Golf Course is a nine-hole venue on Boardwalk Lane that measures 2,434 yards for a par 27. All the holes provide good practice for iron shots and short games. The course was designed by Charlie Walker and opened in 1999.

Riverbend Golf Course

Riverbend Golf Course is an 18-hole public facility that spans 6,526 yards and is a par 72. It opened in 1994 and is owned by Don Cummings, who designed the course to have narrow fairways and other challenges: This venue in Cordova has a lot of hills and ponds to hit over.

Horse Creek Golf Course

Horse Creek Golf Course is known for its well-manicured greens and fairways in the scenic community of Dora. The public course is 18 holes and measures 6,883 yards, playing as a par 72. It was designed by Birmingham-based architect Robert Kirk and opened in 1998.
