Terms & Conditions
To qualify for the Livability Moving Advantage Reimbursement, the home buyer (“Participant”) must:
- Register on this page.
- Successfully close on a residential property in an authorized market using the assigned Livability Platinum Agent as their buyer’s agent.
- Tier Schedule: The maximum reimbursement amount is determined by the final purchase price of the property (see table above).
- Payout Method: Reimbursements are paid by check directly to the Participant’s moving company after closing. No payments will be issued to the Participant, the agent, or any other party.
- Covered Amount: The reimbursement will cover the moving company’s actual invoiced charges, up to the applicable tier amount. If the moving costs are less than the tier amount, the unused balance is forfeited and will not be paid out as cash, credit, or any other form of value to the Participant or the agent.
- Claim Deadline: Participants must submit their final claim and moving company invoice within 60 days of their closing date.
- Processing Time: Checks will be mailed to the moving company within 30 days of claim receipt and Platinum Agent verification.
To request your direct rebate, simply submit the online claim form with:
- The Moving Advantage receipt number included in your email notificaiton.
- Your new property address. We will verify your purchase with our Platinum Agent.
- State & Lender Compliance: Real estate reimbursements are subject to state law and mortgage lender guidelines. If a direct check payout post-closing is restricted by state real estate regulations or lender requirements, Livability will coordinate with the agent and lender to apply an equivalent credit where permitted.
- General Limitations: Limit one reimbursement per transaction. This offer cannot be combined with other promotional discounts or agent incentives. Livability reserves the right to verify agent participation and decline claims that fail to meet eligibility requirements or are submitted past the 60-day window.
