The Kellswater name applies to several nearby developments. Kellswater Bridge, Argento at Kellswater, The Vive at Kellswater and Kellswater Commons are separate residential or commercial properties. Residents of nearby apartment communities do not automatically receive access to Kellswater Bridge’s private amenities.
