1. Enjoy local, fresh produce in Williamson County, TN.

At Williamson County, TN‘s, various farmers markets, you can pick up much more than an apple per day to keep the doctor away. The weekly Franklin Farmers Market has been offering up fruits, veggies, dairy and meat for more than 20 years. Fresh food also can be found at markets in Nolensville and Spring Hill.

2. Play tennis (and more) at Crockett Park in Williamson County, TN.

Located in Brentwood, Crockett Park has seven lighted tennis courts for public use, along with an indoor soccer facility, a disc golf course, eight lighted baseball/softball diamonds, eight multipurpose fields (two lighted), a community playground, paved walking paths and a nature trail.

3. Take a yoga class in Williamson County, TN.

A different type of downward dog is available in Franklin at HOTWORX, where participants can engage in a virtually instructed exercise program while sweating out the toxins in an infrared sauna.
