Most of the neighborhood consists of narrow two-way roads without sidewalks, lined by expansive landscaped front lawns. In the very south of Riverview, most streets beyond Terrace Street have sidewalks, including the newer-built Heritage Landing area, which is also the only gated community in the neighborhood.
