More and more older adults say they want to experience something new and look to move into vibrant communities that offers lots of things to do. For the second year in a row, we've created a list of the best places to retire. Our Best Places to Retire 2013 list was created by analyzing health care, housing, cost of living, transportation, parks, crime and cultural amenities data.
