A community rich in historic architecture is Richmond, which twice has received an All-America City Award for its appealing quality of life. A beautiful Wayne County Courthouse and five neighborhood districts are listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and three colleges are within the city limits. Four exits along Interstate 70 serve Richmond, and residents have access to an impressive Cardinal Greenway hiking trail. Also in the city is Richmond Municipal Airport.
