Entrepreneurs, creative professionals and freelancers looking for co-living and coworking in Ann Arbor have a new option.
Prentice 4M is a four-story building on Henry Street where occupants can live and work on-site. Tenants have access to a fleet of Tesla electric vehicles that can be used on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Campus amenities include five Zoom-enabled private conference rooms, podcast and video production studios, a 1-gig fiber high-speed network
and a 7,500-square-foot space called The Flex for social events,
fitness classes, entertainment and more.
The first floor at Prentice 4M features workspaces with desks, booths and collaboration areas, and the second floor is equipped with a spacious great room, a gourmet kitchen and a collaborative workspace with a teleconferencing hub.
Floors 3 and 4 have fully furnished luxury private living suites along with several individual bedrooms for overnight guest stays. Tenants at 4M can choose from several lease options, ranging from 30 days to a full year.
