In the dynamic world of warehousing, e-commerce and software, Fine Tech Solutions (FTS) and subsidiary SpeedBox Triad have emerged as industry leaders, driven by a visionary founder and a commitment to excellence.

Started by Hershey Herskovitz over 18 years ago, FTS has grown exponentially over the years, evolving into a powerhouse of efficiency, accuracy and profitability, including a base in Winston-Salem, NC.

After graduating college in 2000, Herskovitz took his talents to the New York mayor’s office, where he made great strides in automating and enhancing software in the budgeting department.

In 2005, Herskovitz ventured into the private sector, focusing on warehouse management, specifically inventory automation.

Over the years, Herskovitz led the development and implementation  of cutting-edge systems, introducing robotics and revolutionary software that now boasts an astounding 98.8% accuracy rate, setting an industry benchmark for same-day turnaround.

“Every time I’m faced with a new challenge, it makes me get creative and solve it,” Herskovitz says. “This is my passion, and this is what drives me.”

Fine Tech Solutions Discovers a New Way of Doing Things

Herskovitz chose Winston-Salem as a base for his company, thanks to the proximity to major brand partners such as Champion and Hanes Brands.

“We started doing on-site warehousing, and since we were doing a lot of business with big  companies whose warehouses are close to Winston-Salem, we decided to open our own warehouse there.”

Helping brands automate fulfillment is a core component of FTS’s business model, which has an interesting structure.

FTS partners with brands to house their products in warehouses, which FTS automates the fulfillment of once they’re sold online, while also working with warehouse owners to use their square footage. The profit is shared between the three parties.

Over the years, FTS has expanded from its initial operation in a 7,000-square-foot space in 2019 to its current location in a 65,000-square-foot facility in Winston-Salem.

The company is now venturing even further into the realm of e-commerce to go beyond fulfillment to offer comprehensive commerce management.

Currently boarding beta testers, FTS is positioned to revolutionize e-commerce and warehouse automation by providing tailored solutions for brands seeking to excel in the digital marketplace.
