Door County Medical Center 

Door County Medical Center has been a health and wellness leader in Door and Kewaunee counties for more than 80 years. Its integrated medical center boasts a talented medical staff of more than 175 physicians who provide expert care close to home.

BayCare Clinic 

BayCare Clinic is a physician-owned, multispecialty medical practice headquartered in Green Bay that serves 16 communities in Northeast Wisconsin and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Established in 1999, BayCare Clinic has nearly 1,000 employees and 250 clinicians across 21 specialties, including orthopedics, cardiology and neurosurgery.

Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Specialists 

Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Specialists (OSMS) is a doctor-owned orthopedic, sports medicine, rheumatology and pain management practice with locations in Green Bay, Neenah, Marinette, Oshkosh, Oconto Falls and Chilton. 

OSMS has been serving Northeastern Wisconsin and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula for over 70 years, providing care to more than 81,000 patients annually. 

“Our focus is putting the patient first. We are proud to be able to provide high-quality specialty care at a lower cost,” says Sandy Fragale, who serves as OSMS CEO.

ThedaCare 

For over 115 years, ThedaCare has been improving the health and well-being of the communities it serves in Northeast and Central Wisconsin. It delivers care to over 650,000 residents in 17 counties and employs approximately 7,000 providers and team members at 180 points of care. 

To continue to meet the needs of patients and communities, ThedaCare is creating two health campuses in Fond du Lac and Oshkosh that will offer around-the-clock emergency care as well as inpatient beds and additional services. 

ThedaCare is a nonprofit health system with a Level 2 trauma center, comprehensive cancer treatment, stroke and cardiac programs, and primary care. Additionally, ThedaCare partners with communities to understand needs, find solutions and encourage health awareness and action.
