Sample Mobile Eateries at Twin Falls Food Truck Square
Before Food Truck Square opened in 2024, Twin Falls locals had to track down trucks themselves. Now, several of these popular mobile eateries can be found in one convenient location, complete with picnic tables where customers can sit down to enjoy their food.
Among those that frequently make an appearance are three family-owned trucks that locals happily line up for: Mountain Berry Bowls, Creative Cravings and Sista’s Mix and Sips.

Mountain Berry Bowls
When Amanda Haringsma isn’t busy serving up smoothie bowls at Twin Falls Food Truck Square, she can often be found cheering on her children at their sports tournaments alongside her husband. In fact, it’s at one of these events that her family first discovered Mountain Berry Bowls.
“We decided to be a part of the Mountain Berry Bowls team after our daughters purchased a bowl from a different truck in the Boise area. Being a parent to athletes, we struggled with finding healthy options while we were sitting at tournaments all day long. That was the appeal of bringing a healthy option to the Twin Falls area,” Haringsma says.
Each bowl starts with a vibrant, blended base of açaí, strawberries, blueberries, banana and coconut milk. It’s then layered with fresh fruit, nuts and dried coconut, and finished with a healthy drizzle of honey, which Haringsma proudly sources from Bee the Light Apiary in Filer, Idaho. And it’s these community ties that Haringsma says have become her favorite part of being a Mountain Berry Bowls franchisee.
“The Magic Valley is such a special place, and to be able to meet so many wonderful people and serve a delicious treat that brings a smile to their faces has been our greatest joy,” Haringsma says.
She also credits much of the business’ success to her team members, who have dedicated themselves to creating a positive experience for everyone involved.
“All of the girls on our team are just wonderful humans. They have completely executed our dream of serving the community with our whole hearts and doing it with a smile,” she says.

Creative Cravings
Colby and Terri Sorenson took a big risk when they decided to open a food truck business in 2020, but with a yearslong dream and strong community support as fuel, Creative Cravings quickly became a Twin Falls favorite.
“Creative Cravings is a small family-owned business that started on a dream my husband, Colby, and I had when we first met. We both have 20-plus years of experience in the restaurant industry and are true foodies,” Terri Sorenson says.
With the help of their two children and Colby’s father, the Sorensons serve unique sweet and savory treats to both first-timers and devoted customers who keep coming back for more.
“The idea for our menu was to keep it flexible so we could change out the items depending on the audience,” Sorenson says. “We know we live in a small town where food trucks are still a new concept to many, so we like to offer classic choices, but we also know some people like bold flavors and want to have fun with their food.”
The cheeseburger with homemade garlic mayonnaise may be their most popular item, but their Asian-inspired offerings are also a hit. One standout is the Japanese burger, which pays homage to Colby’s passion for Japanese culture. This same theme was creatively woven into the logo by their daughter, Hope, and proudly displayed on their unmistakable Dodge Titan RV, which they’ve affectionately nicknamed the “Blue Brick.”
Additional menu staples include the freshly pickled jalapeño peppers that add crunch and heat when topped on their burgers and sandwiches, as well as the waffle fries that unexpectedly became their choice of cut when they were navigating pandemic-era supply shortages.
Sorenson says their family team is proud to serve their creations to the community that has shown up over the past five years to support their dream. In return, Creative Cravings plans to continue participating in Twin Falls Food Truck Square and other community events and sharing its knowledge of the business with those who look to follow in its footsteps.

Sista’s Mix and Sips
Alacyn and Karleigh Brown caught the entrepreneurial bug at summer camp, and before they knew it, they were starting a food truck business. They launched as the Lemonade Sista’s, serving freshly squeezed lemonade out of a converted camper all over town.
The idea for the business came from the lemonade stands the sisters had been setting up for years, but they were taking it to the next level.
“This time was different. Instead of just setting up a table with lemonade and a sign, we came up with a name, created a Facebook page and really tried to promote our business,” the sisters say. “We’ve reached a point where we’re looking to expand by offering more types of drinks beyond just lemonade (like sodas), giving our customers more options.”
Their growth plans include a full rebrand and a new name: Sista’s Mix and Sips. The goal is to better showcase their new menu, reach more customers and strengthen their ties to the community that’s been with them from the beginning.
“We’re looking forward to working more with local organizations and joining more events around town to stay involved and give back to the community,” the sisters say. “The Twin Falls community has a strong history of supporting young entrepreneurs. People here are kind, encouraging and always willing to lift up small businesses – especially youth-led ones like ours.”
As the region’s food truck scene grows, the sisters find more opportunities to collaborate.
“Other local food trucks have played a big role in our growth. We’ve been able to build personal relationships with some of the owners, and they’ve given us great advice whenever we’ve had questions about how to do things or what steps to take next. Their friendship and mentorship have truly helped us learn and grow.”
