Coming Soon! A New Music Venue in Greenville, SC
A new place to enjoy live music (and great food and drink!) is coming to town. Slated to open in 2025, Trueline aims to bring fresh, brilliant vibrancy to Greenville. Here’s what you need to know about the new music venue in Greenville, SC.
New Music Venue in Greenville Will Be an Artists’ Oasis
The venue will have a main hall, accommodating 1,700 people who will enjoy unobstructed sight lines, whether they’re on the main floor or the balcony.
There will also be three additional spaces: the Green Room, a members-only club; Handlebar, a more intimate performing space with a capacity of 400; and the Clubhouse, a multilevel bar and outdoor patio with large-screen displays, rooftop views of the West End and a capacity of over 250. Each section will be decked out with state-of-the-art sound and lighting equipment.
“We’ve designed this place to be an oasis for artists on the road,” says Michael Grozier, founder of Trueline. “The goal here is to build a must-play venue in a must-see city.”
Grozier, best known for opening the House of Blues in New Orleans, has years of experience in the industry and knows just what it takes to make a unique and successful venue that will attract local, regional and national talent.

What Will Set Trueline Apart?
Attention to detail is what sets Trueline apart. Grozier and his team have homed in on what creates a stellar experience. Hospitality is top of mind, and both artists and attendees have been taken into consideration during the designing of the space.
For example, tour buses and trucks holding gear can pull up to the backstage and unload, and they don’t have to immediately leave and find somewhere else to park like many other venues require. There will also be three full dressing rooms with showers, a gold-slipper treatment for a venue this size.
As far as attendees go, concertgoers can look forward to amazing food and drink options, an incredible ambience and a wide spectrum of performers who will take the stage. From country and rock to indie and jazz to hip-hop and electronic, everyone will be welcome at this fun, fresh venue.
“We’re going to employ a lot of people – not only staff, but artists and musicians, too,” Grozier says. “It’s a very creative endeavor, and we want to get as many creative folks as we can involved with the project.”
