Luckily for residents, there are many stellar food halls in Greenville, SC, and the surrounding region, offering variety, convenience and entertainment. Here are three you should check out. 

1) The Commons 

Conveniently located in Unity Park adjacent to the Swamp Rabbit Trail in Greenville, The Commons is a hub of activity. This food hall, which has been a community staple since opening in 2019, recently unveiled an expansion, adding more food vendors to its already impressive lineup. Today, over 10 food and drink businesses operate out of The Commons, providing ample options for visitors, whether they’re looking for a drink, a meal or just something sweet. 

Automatic Taco and Tequila Bar, The Community Tap and Golden Brown & Delicious are longtime favorites, but newcomers like Kuka Juice, Paseo, Leo’s Pizza and MooHogz Craft BBQ are quickly making names for themselves. Methodical Coffee, Indigo Kitchen and LaRue’s round out the lineup, supplying coffee and sweets.

You might think a food hall this large would never be crowded, but you would be wrong. This 9,000-square-foot facility in Simpsonville has lots of vendors to choose from and indoor and outdoor seating. Music bingo, themed trivia nights and live music are calendar staples here, drawing crowds of families and friends. 

Warehouse at Vaughn’s is great for grabbing a drink, with Railside Taproom and Sunset Tiki Bar catering to beer enthusiasts and cocktail lovers. When your stomach rumbles, there are many amazing options to choose from, like The Green Olive & Basil and The Bus Pizza, which offer Italian fare, Bourbons & Barrels, which serves American classics, Bingbi Sushi & Poke, which plates delicious Asian options, and Tacos & Bla Bla Bla, which makes excellent Mexican cuisine. You can’t go wrong with any of these. 

3) Gather GVL
