While this is by no means a comprehensive exploration of each city, this list is meant to highlight some key statistics, favorite local attractions and fun facts of each. 1. Brentwood in Williamson County, TN

Population: 45,136

Median home price: $1.2 million

Popular neighborhoods: Hearthstone, Hemmingwood, Belle Rive, Brenthaven, Southern Woods

Local favorite: The Golf Sanctuary offers a unique – and delicious – experience for golf and food enthusiasts alike. This indoor venue features six private Trackman suites for virtual golfing, plus a full bar and an extensive American bistro menu.

Did you know?
Many celebrities and musicians call Brentwood home, such as Jack White, Dolly Parton, Sheryl Crow, and Tim McGraw and Faith Hill. Brentwood offers them close proximity to Nashville, with a bit more space to spread out and enjoy enhanced privacy.

2. Fairview in Williamson County, TN

Local favorite: The Thompsons Kitchen is an absolute must-try restaurant. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting and often features live music.

Fairview draws nature lovers from all around, as it’s the home of Bowie Nature Park, which contains 700 acres of forests, a lake and miles of trails. The land was donated by Dr. Evangeline Bowie, who transformed it from overworked farmland into a wildlife habitat.

Local favorite: Historic downtown Franklin is the go-to spot for locals and visitors alike. You’ll find food establishments packed with personality, like Merridee’s Breadbasket and Grays on Main. For a sweet treat, stop at Sweethaven for some delicious ice cream.

Spring Hill is geographically split between two counties, Williamson and Maury. When looking at homes and areas to live in, be sure to check which county it falls under and do your research accordingly.
