A newcomer to the Greenville landscape, Flywheel Coworking is a coworking innovation center with an emphasis on supporting entrepreneurs. The Flywheel model incorporates office space, pivotal partnerships and events to create a community that lifts and helps others grow.

“We’re passionate about supporting the development of entrepreneurship in the communities where we operate,” says Peter Marsh, co-founder. “The nonprofit side of the business does grants and makes investments in early-stage startups. We’re virtually the only coworking operator in the country that does those two things.”

Flywheel, which has nine centers in the eastern U.S., partners with a college or university before breaking ground on a location.

“Our concept is to blend early-stage companies and connect them with graduating students and academic research,” Marsh says.

Forging connections is a core part of what makes Flywheel so appealing for entrepreneurs, especially since it’s integrated into the coworking experience.

Regularly recurring events, such as Tech Slam ’N Eggs, Pitch-Space Live and Flywheel Café, serve to help people meet, learn and grow with one another.

The center offers great amenities, such as office space, a coffee bar, a fitness center and plenty of free parking. Membership options are versatile, catering to a variety of uses, from private offices to desks to day passes. Additionally, many conference rooms are available for use, depending on membership tier.
