Shoshone, ID
Pronounced “show-SHOWN,” Shoshone is primarily a farming and dairy city that has a comfortable cost of living. Also a bedroom community for nearby Twin Falls, Shoshone has acres of open spaces and houses a Bureau of Land Management facility. Four highways converge in the city, and the residential population continues to grow because Shoshone is only an hour’s drive to the resort cities of Sun Valley and Ketchum along Highway 75.
