When Dr. Bradley Krock opened his chiropractic practice in Franklin, he wasn’t simply launching a business; he was creating a healthcare environment built around the realities of modern family life.

With six years of chiropractic experience, Krock recently launched his own solo practice after years as an independent contractor.

With a background that combines chiropractic care with other forms of physical medicine, he focuses on helping patients improve their health and function while building lasting relationships in the Williamson County community.

“Part of being a good chiropractor is understanding the ‘why’ behind a patient’s reason for coming to see me,” Krock says. “When you combine different kinds of physical medicine, patients just get better faster.”

Krock earned both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Mississippi State University. While in graduate school, he saw firsthand how combining treatments such as soft tissue manipulation, spinal decompression, laser therapy and rehabilitative exercise could help patients achieve better outcomes.

“The beauty of chiropractic is it’s a license that allows me to do whatever I need to do to treat my patients best,” he says. “I can really meet patients where they’re at.”

All in Motion: Restoring Function

Today, Krock offers a range of services, including chiropractic adjustments using the Diversified Method, spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy and rehabilitative exercise. His approach is centered on restoring function rather than simply managing symptoms.

“I base my results on patient function, not visit number,” he says. “That’s how I monitor success in my office.”

“For as much competition as there is in Williamson County, there’s even more opportunity if you move here with a collaborative mindset.”

Growing With Williamson County

Originally from Mississippi, Krock relocated to Williamson County with his wife, whose family has deep roots in the area. As a newcomer to Franklin, he quickly recognized both its strong sense of community and its tremendous potential for business growth.

“What excites me is that every day is different,” Krock says. “I’m still establishing systems and protocols, and I’m learning the different communities that make up Williamson County.”

That diversity is one of the qualities he finds most appealing about the region. From the corporate energy of Cool Springs to the historic character of downtown Franklin and the growing residential neighborhoods throughout the county, Krock sees a market that continues to expand while maintaining its unique identity.

“It’s easy for me to see the growth potential because I’m involved in the Chamber of Commerce and local networking groups,” he says. “Williamson County continues to grow, and the populations in different parts of the county are distinct enough that businesses can thrive in multiple locations.”

A Business Built on Relationships

For Krock, however, growth is about more than demographics. It’s also about relationships. “We are in the South, and folks like to know their neighbors,” he says.

That philosophy has shaped his business-development strategy. Rather than relying solely on digital marketing, Krock spends time meeting neighboring business owners, introducing himself and building connections throughout the community.

“I go door to door and meet local businesses,” he says. “I drop off a goodie bag and say, ‘If you ever need anything, or if you’d like to do lunch or coffee, let me know.’ I’ve created more of a network just doing that.”

A Helping Hand: Opportunity for Entrepreneurs

Krock believes Williamson County offers a particularly supportive environment for entrepreneurs willing to invest in those personal relationships.

“For as much competition as there is in Williamson County, there’s even more opportunity if you move here with a collaborative mindset,” he says. “There are tremendous networking opportunities, and everybody can build the kind of business they want.”

A Clinic Designed for Busy Families

That same people-first mindset extends to his practice. As an active parent himself, Krock designed his clinic with busy families in mind.

Children’s activity tables sit in treatment rooms so parents can receive care while keeping an eye on their kids, creating a lower-stress experience for everyone.

“I built my clinic around active and busy families,” he says. “Parents shouldn’t have to choose between taking care of themselves and taking care of their children.”

As Williamson County continues to attract new residents and businesses, entrepreneurs like Bradley Krock are strengthening the community through professional expertise and personal connections.

By combining innovative healthcare with a commitment to relationship-building, Krock is creating a practice and a future that reflects the values driving one of Tennessee’s fastest-growing regions.
