When Jeff Bedard founded Crown Laboratories Inc. (now Revance) in San Diego in 1998 and relocated it to Johnson City in December 2000, his vision was simple yet bold: to build a company that could be a leader in skin care.
Over the next 25 years, that vision became reality. The business evolved from a regional startup into a privately held global skin care and aesthetics company, with products distributed in more than 60 countries and an ever-growing network of partners worldwide.
“From the very beginning, Johnson City has been more than our home; it has been our foundation,” says Bedard, founder and executive chairman.
