The International Dairy Foods Association estimates the average American consumes more than 20 pounds of ice cream per year. The “naughty” side includes a long and creative list of booze-infused treats such as fig and bourbon, old fashioned and pink champagne sorbet. The owner of this delicious spot left her corporate job to open up Clementine’s and has created a community staple.
