Hesperia, CA
Situated 30 miles north of San Bernardino in the Victor Valley is Hesperia, a bedroom community for the San Bernardino County region. The city is lined by the Mojave Desert, and its own manmade lake in Hesperia Lake Park is on the southeastern edge of town.
Hesperia is home to several outdoor recreation gems, like Mojave River Forks Regional Park, where residents can spend their downtime having fun and basking in the sun.
The community also hosts Hesperia Days, an annual festival that features food, music, activities and fireworks, as well as Hesperia Community Farmer’s Market, where you can shop local goods on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
In terms of housing, the city offers a variety of neighborhoods, such as Desert Willow Ranch, Seasons at Torrey, and Silverwood, a new community that will offer more than 15,000 new homes.
