Known for its collection of Victorian buildings, Port Townsend, Wash., is situated at the northeast tip of the Olympic Peninsula, not far from Olympic National Park. Practically surrounded by water, Port Townsend provides residents with an ideal setting for fishing, boating and whale watching. Among the handful of breweries you’ll find here is the Port Townsend Brewing Co., which got the attention of beer lovers with its Peeping Peater Scotch Ale.
