Something’s in the water in Miami Beach (and not cruise ships), as it’s number 1 on this list for household income growth. It’s also number 1 on this list for the percent of residents with health care, and the most diverse city on this list. And if we know anything about livability (which we do), it’s that it’s often tied to diversity. It’s one of the big reasons it has made our Top 100 Best Places to Live two years in a row. Being on the beach also helps.
